ARRESTS:
Gregory Fisher was released on 8-3-2015 on $10,000 surety bond with a court date of 8-26-2015 at 10 a.m. 
Reginald Scott, Jr., 25, Seneca, was arrested by NMSO on 8-4-2015 for alleged Driving Under the Influence and Driving While Suspended. Scott remains in custody. Bond has not been set.
Todd L. Price, Jr., 20, Seneca was booked into the Nemaha County Jail on 8-5-2015 for alleged Burglary and Theft. Price remains in custody. Bond has not been set.
Nicolas L. Mora, Seneca was arrested by Seneca PD on 8/5/2015 on two Nemaha County Warrants for Failure to Appear and Driving While Suspended. Mora was released on $750 bond on 8/5/2015 and given a court date of September 1st at 10:00 a.m. 
Candace D. Mortorff, Sabetha was arrested by NMSO on 8/5/2015 on a Nemaha County Warrant for Forgery and Theft by Deception. Mortorff was released on 8-9-2015 on $5500 surety bond with a court date of 8-18-2015 at 1:30 p.m. Mortorff was also booked and released on a Doniphan County Warrant for Giving A Worthless Check. Bond amount was $1500 surety bond and her court date is set for 8-25-2015 at 9:30 a.m. 
Dustin M. Barrett, Oneida was arrested by NMSO on 8/5/2015 on two Nemaha County Warrants for Domestic Battery and Battery. Barrett was released on 9-9-2015 on $7,000 surety bond with a court date of 9-1-2015 at 11 a.m.
James L. McKenney, 50, Sabetha was arrested on 8-6-2015 by Sabetha PD for alleged Domestic Battery.  McKenney remains in custody.
Toni L. Douglas, 50, Seneca was arrested on 8-9-2015 by NMSO for alleged Driving While Suspended and Failure to Maintain Liability Insurance. Douglas was released on $2,000 surety bond on 8-9-2015 with a court date of 9-15-2015 at 9:00 a.m. 
Juan Alberto Lorenzana, 50, Centralia was arrested on 8-8-2015 by NMSO for alleged Driving Under the Influence.  Lorenzana was released on $1,000 cash bond on 8-8-2015 with a court date of 9-8-2015 at 10 a.m.
CASES: 
On 8-1-2015 at 8:20 p.m. NMSO conducted a traffic stop which resulted in taking three individuals into custody. Citations were issued to Andrew Oller, 18, Goff, alleging Minor In Possession and Following Too Closely. Lucas J. Schraad, 17, Sabetha, and Makayla R. Sloop, 15, Seneca, were also taken into custody for alleged Minor In Possession. All were released with charges pending.
Sometime between 2 a.m. and 8 a.m. on 8-9-2015 an unknown person took a 1989 Royal blue Chevrolet S-10 without the owner’s consent from 642 Main St., Corning. The vehicle was recovered later in the day.
ACCIDENTS:
On 8-5-2015 at 7:34 a.m. Morey A. Edelman, 47, Sabetha was traveling northbound on V Road just south of 168th Road when he struck a deer. He was driving a 2004 Chevrolet pickup. Over $1,000 damage.
