Mark J. Heideman, 45, Seneca was arrested on 08/26/2014 by the Nemaha County Sheriff’s Office on a Jackson County warrant for theft. Heideman was released on 08/26/2014 on a $2,500 surety bond and given a court date of September 15th at 9:00 a.m.
Jeffrey W. Tankersly, 53, Sabetha was arrested on 08/27/2014 by the Nemaha County Sheriff’s Office for alleged battery and disorderly conduct. Tankersly was released on 08/27/2014 on a $1000 OR bond and given a court date of September 25th at 4:00 p.m.
Robert C. Kelley, 43, Seneca was arrested on 08/29/2014 by the Seneca Police Department for alleged driving while suspended. Kelley was released on 08/29/2014 on a $250.00 surety bond and given a court date of September 17th at 9:00 a.m.
Teresa A. Feldkamp, 53, Centralia was arrest on 08/30/2014 by NMSO for alleged criminal trespass. Feldkamp was released on a $500 surety bond and given a court date of September 23rd at 10:00 a.m.
Ronette L. Sutton was released on $5,000 OR bond on 8-28-2014 with a court date of 11-20-2014 at 9 a.m.
David Kaup was released on $5,000 OR bond on 8-28-2014 with a court date of 9-9-2014 at 9:30 a.m.
Eric D. Statler, 27, Everest was arrested on 8-31-2014 by Sabetha PD on a Sabetha Municipal Warrant for Failure to Appear. Statler was released on 9-2-2014 on $1053.59 OR bond with a court date of 9-25-2014 at 4 p.m.
Marcel A. Lewis, 25, Bern was arrested on 8-28-2014 by NMSO on a Seneca Municipal Warrant for Failure to Appear. Lewis was released on 8-28-2014 on $1022 OR bond with a court date of 9-17-2014 at 9 a.m.
Benjamin McClelland, 66, Topeka was booked into the Nemaha County Jail on 9-2-2014 on a Nemaha County Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear. McClelland was released on 9-2-2014 on $500 OR bond with a court date of 9-22-2014 at 1:00 p.m.
Wyatt Clear was released on 9-3-2014 on $2,250 OR bond for the Nemaha County Warrant with a court date of 9-26-2014 at 11:00 a.m. He was also released on $250 cash bond on the Brown County Warrant with a court date of 9-24-2014 at 9:00 a.m.
Joshua Scott was transferred to the custody of KDOC on 9-4-2014.
Sandra S. Lytle, 47, Sabetha was arrested by Sabetha PD on 9-7-2014 on a Shawnee County Warrant for Failure to Appear. Lytle was released on $250 cash bond on 9-7-2014 with a court date of 9-16-2014 at 8:30 a.m.
Brendan R. Bock, 20, Hiawatha was booked into the Nemaha County Jail on 9-5-2014 on a Nemaha County Warrant for Failure To Appear. He was released on $500 cash bond on 9-6-2014 with a court date of 10-14-2014 at 9:00 a.m.
Kevin C. Hall, 45, Kansas City, MO was arrested on 9-5-2014 by Seneca PD for alleged Driving Under the Influence, Driving without a valid license, No Liability Insurance, and Refusal of a PBT and Breath Test. Hall was released on $2,400 Surety bond on 9-6-2014 with a court date of 10-22-2014 at 9 a.m.
On 8-29-2014, NMSO took a report of the theft of a cell phone in Centralia which occurred sometime that morning. The offense is believed to have occurred at the Centralia Schools. Approximately $300 loss.
On 8-31-2014 at 9:45 a.m. Jason P. Kaeb, 28, Sabetha was traveling westbound on 200th Road. Donald K. Meyer, 64, Sabetha was traveling northbound on U Road and did not yield at the stop sign and the vehicles collided. Kaeb was driving a 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix. Meyer was driving a 1996 Chevrolet S10 pickup. Over $1,000 damage.
On 9-4-2014 at 1:15 p.m. Devin M. Lewis, 22, Wetmore was traveling southbound on X Road ½ mile south of 56th Road when he lost control and overturned. Lewis was driving a 2001 Acura 4 door. Over $1,000 damage.
On 8-30-2014 at 1:52 a.m. Austin H. Large, 15, Goff, was traveling southbound on W Road crossing the intersection of 40th Road. Patrick W. Brown, 20, Wetmore was traveling eastbound on 40th Road. Vehicles collided in the intersection. Brown and the passenger of his vehicle, Gary Swindale, 20, Wetmore, were transported to the Holton Hospital by ambulance. Large was driving a 1997 Issuzu Rodeo, and Brown was driving a 2004 Ford F150 pickup. Over $1,000 damage.
