ARRESTS:
Frank Cooper Jr., 42, Manhattan was booked into the Nemaha County Jail on 8-11-2014 on three warrants for Failure To Appear: 2 are Nemaha County Warrants with bond set at $25,000 a piece, and the third is a Sabetha Municipal Warrant with bond set at $139. Cooper remains in custody.
Harvey G. Webster, Jr., 21, Sabetha was arrested on 8-11-2014 by NMSO on a Nemaha County Warrant for Failure to Appear. Webster remains in custody with bond set at $498.10 cash. 
Eric D. Statler, 27, Everest, was arrested on 8-11-2014 by NMSO on a Sabetha Municipal Court Warrant for the offense of Failure To Appear. Statler was released on 8-13-2014 on $1,053.59 OR bond with a court date of 8-21-2014 at 4:00 p.m.
Tad J. Alfrey, 33, Seneca, was arrested on 8-12-2014 by Seneca PD for the offenses of Burglary, Theft and Criminal Damage. Alfrey was released on 8-12-2014 on $10,500 OR bond with a court date of 8-26-2014 at 11 a.m.
Donald S. Daily, 40, Centralia was arrested on 8-13-2014 by NMSO on a Warrant for Disorderly Conduct. As a result of this arrest, a search warrant was obtained for Daily’s residence. Charges are also pending for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Paraphernalia. Daily was released on 8-15-2014 on $500 surety bond for his charge of Disorderly Conduct and $2500 surety bond for the charges of Possession of Marijuana and Paraphernalia. Court is set for 9-9-2014 at 10:30 a.m.
Randall D. Kaster, 42, DuBois, NB was arrested on 8-13-2014 by NMSO for Driving without a License, No Insurance, Transporting an Open Container, Duty to Report an Accident, and Illegal Registration. Kaster also had a Nemaha County Probation Violation Warrant. Kaster was released on 8-13-2014 on $1400 Surety bond on the Traffic Violations and $196.70 cash for the Warrant. Court is set for 9-23-2014 at 10 a.m.
Skyler Brook was released on 8-13-2014 on $20,000 OR bond with a court date of 10-9-2014 at 9:30 a.m. 
Jason T. Fisher, 35, Topeka was arrested on 8-14-2014 by NMSO for alleged Battery. Fisher was released on $500 surety bond on 8-14-2014 with a court date of 9-9-2014 at 10 a.m. 
Enrique Lopez was released on 8-15-2014 on $5,000 surety bond with a court date of 8-19-2014 at 10 a.m. 
Spencer Swiggum, 38, Seneca, was arrested by NMSO on 8-16-2014 for alleged Driving While Suspended. Swiggum was released on $500 surety bond on 8-16-2014 with a court date of 9-16-2014 at 10 a.m.
Ronald A. Ouellette Jr., 54, Seneca was arrested on 8-17-2014 by NMSO for alleged Driving Under the Influence and Driving While Suspended. Ouellette also had a Shawnee County Warrant for Failure To Appear. He was released on bond on 8-17-2014: $1500 Surety for local charges, court date of 9-23-2014 at 9:30 a.m.; and $100 cash bond to Shawnee County, court date of 8-26-2014 at 8:30 a.m.
Jose R. Gonzalez, 19, Omaha, NB was arrested on 8-17-2014 by NMSO for alleged Operating a Vehicle without a Drivers License. Gonzalez was released on $250 cash bond with a court date of 9-16-2014 at 9:30 a.m.

ACCIDENTS:
On 8-8-2014 at 1:57 p.m. Marilyn Petry, 79, Centralia was backing from a private drive on 1st Street in Centralia approximately 150 feet south of Highway 9. James D. Cleland, 67, Centralia was traveling southbound on 1st Street. Petry vehicle backed into the side of Cleland’s vehicle. Petry was driving a 2011 Honda Odyssey and Cleland was driving a 1999 Subaru Legacy. Over $1,000 damage.
On 8-11-2014 at 9:50 p.m. Linda S. Buessing, 61, Baileyville was traveling eastbound on US 36 Highway approximately .3 miles east of E Road when she struck a deer. She was driving a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Over $1,000 damage.
On 8-10-2014 at 5:53 p.m. Koertland Beyer, 36, Sabetha was traveling southbound on V Road making a left hand turn onto 184th Road and did not yield right of way to Ashley M. Schmelzle, 19, Sabetha who was traveling westbound on 184th Road. Beyer was driving a 2008 Toyota Sienna, and Schmelzle was driving a 2003 Ford Focus. Over $1,000 damage.
