Sheriff's Report as of Feb 11


 

ARRESTS:
Dagan K. Solberg was released on 2-3-2015 on $5,000 OR bond with a court date of 2-26-2015 at 11:00 a.m. 
Tierra M. Longstaff, 24, Topeka was booked into the Nemaha County Jail on 2-3-2015 on a Nemaha County Warrant for Probation Violation. Longstaff remains in custody with bond set at $25,000.
Roy A. Huett, Jr. was released on $12,500 OR bond on 2-3-2015 with a court date of 2-26-2015 at 11:30 a.m. Huett was turned over to the custody of Jackson County Corrections for their warrant.
Martel Lewis was released on OR bonds on all Nemaha County cases on 2-5-2015.  Total amount of OR $156,500. 
Calvin Kernell was released to the custody of KDOC on 2-5-2015. 
Gunner Werner was released to the custody of KDOC on 2-5-2015.
Brent Buettgenbach was released to the custody of KDOC on 2-5-2015.
Matthew Robke was released on $2500 bond on Nemaha County charges with a court date of 3-9-2015 at 1 p.m.  He was also released on $1636 OR bond on City of Seneca charges with a court date of 3-18-2015 at 9 a.m.
Susan C. Broxterman, 52, Sabetha was booked into the Nemaha County Jail on 2-6-2015 on a Barton County Warrant for Failure to Comply. She was released on $180 cash bond with a court date of 2-25-2015 at 9 a.m.
Kevin L. Harbolt, 33, Axtell, was arrested on 2-7-2015 by KHP for alleged Driving Under the Influence and Refusal to Submit a Breath Test. Harbolt was released on $2,250 surety bond with a court date of 3-3-2015 at 10 a.m.
ACCIDENTS:
On 1-31-2015 at 11:54 a.m. Dana Vernon, 36, Centralia was traveling eastbound on K-9 Highway ½ mile west of V road when she lost control on the snow-packed roadway, leaving the road striking a power pole.  She was driving a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix.  Over $1,000 damage.
On 2-2-2015 at 6:10 a.m. Jacob A. Hermesch, 23, Corning was traveling westbound on K-9 Highway approximately 0.4 miles west of S Road when he got off of the road surface on the north edge, lost control, left the roadway overturning and striking a pole.  He was driving a 2008 Ford pickup.  Over $1,000 damage.
On 2-1-2015 at 2:13 p.m. Paige Crum Plummer, 26, Seneca was traveling eastbound on US 36 approximately 1/3 mile west of K-178 when she struck the rear of a vehicle driven by Andrew J. Huaracha, 47, St. Marys, KS who was also traveling eastbound.  Roadways and visibility were impaired by whiteout snow conditions.  Plummer was driving a 2002 Jeep Liberty, and Huaracha was driving a 2014 Ford F250 pickup.  Over $1,000 damage.
